feedback from our trainees

"4h25m. Injury free! Which was 30+min better than last year."-- Brad D. reporting results from Marine Corps Marathon

"We all agreed how much fun, for want of a better word, running now is because of the support and enthusiasm of our group, and how improved we are due to the training you and Richard provide. I definitely know I wouldn't even have attempted a 10K without it. Thanks"-- Celina M. reporting on her experience after finishing the Jingle Bell 10K

"Loved the run…wouldn’t mind doing it again … also enjoyed the camaraderie afterward. Thank you for being so invested in us … it is great to feel a part of the Metro Run and Walk team … it’s more than a store, it’s a community!"-- Pat B. after a Sunday morning run
