 A Running Program for All Levels of Runners

Welcome!  We are excited to offer the Train to Run 5k/10k Program to help both new and experienced runners improve endurance, running form and speed for 5k to middle distance events.  Train to Run 5k/10k is designed for all runners -- beginners and advanced.  This twelve (12) week program focuses on building fitness, strength, and endurance as well as improving running form and efficiencey.   You can participate in either the 5k or 10k goal distance training groups. 

 

Train to Run 5k/10k is designed to teach adults of all fitness levels about proper running mechanics, nutrition and hydration tips, best practices, pacing and goal setting.  The program culminates in a 5k/10k Run Event at the end of the session.


The Train to Run 5k/10k Program holds both the fall and spring training sessions.  When you register, you will be asked to select the program start date.
