Good Form RunningTM is designed with simplicity as the primary goal and focuses on proper mechanics to help runners of all ages and abilities run faster, more efficiently, and injury free.
Good Form RunningTM emphasizes how basic principles apply to both running and walking, whether you are barefoot running, walking around the mall, or training towards a 5K or marathon event.
Good Form RunningTM addresses posture, lean, and foot strike. We use video to analyze the gait of participants and identify techniques to create an improvement plan towards proper running form.
We encourage questions and discussion such as running on hills, how to use gravity to help you, barefoot running, walking efficiently, types of footwear, and staying injury free.
