Juliet Neal:  Weekday Mornings and Saturday Mornings

Coach Juliet is the founder of West Springfield Running, and has been coaching runners since 2014.  Juliet began competing in races in 2006.  She has completed 12 marathons, including the Boston Marathon, 9 half marathons, and numerous other 5k, 10k and 10 mile events, as well as two overnight team relays.  She is the founder of the Turkey Trot for Parkinson's, a local 5k event that benefits the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.  Her recreational running began as training for sports in high school and college, and she has been a runner ever since.

 

As a runner and a coach, Juliet's passion is helping athletes to grow stronger and achieve new goals.  Coach Juliet has coached girls' youth lacrosse for seven years and has been a coach with Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia.  She is a Certified Running Coach with Road Runners Clubs of America and CPR/First Aid/AED certified.

Clare Neal:  Wednesday Evenings


Clare has over 25 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer.  She holds certifications for group exercise and personal training through the American Council on Exercise and currently teaches at government facilities as well as a private gym.  


Recently Clare has founded her own personal training company, Fit for Function LLC, and looks forward to expanding that business.  


She is the mother of four children, ranging in age from 14 to 27, and grew to love running as a way to get some “alone time.”  Clare only recently began running in races and has completed three half-marathons, as well as several 10-milers and shorter races

Stacey Mann:  Monday Evenings


A mom to two active boys, an Executive Director of a nonprofit and a recreational runner for the last 10 years, Coach Stacey will always bring a positive attitude to the course. Over the last few years, Stacey has completed several half-marathons, 10-milers and 5ks. With nutrition and exercise always being priorities in her life, Stacey became an Accredited Coach with USA Track & Field in 2014 and a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Coach in 2015.

 

Stacey is also a Coach for RunFit Kidz, inspiring second through sixth graders to incorporate fitness into their daily lives.  She runs with a local adult running group, encouraging new and seasoned runners to reach their goals. Stacey looks forward to helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
