Beginner's Running and Run/Walk Program

Welcome! We are so excited to offer RunWalkFit -- a beginner's running and run/walk program. This eight (8) week program focuses on building bodies for comfort, fitness, strength, and durability.
RunWalkFit is designed to teach adults of all fitness levels about proper running mechanics, nutrition and hydration tips and best practices, pacing and goal setting.

The RunWalkFit program
runs continously through the year with the exception of
January/February and July/August. We want to avoid the deep
freeze and really hot humid days. When you register,
you will be asked to select the program start
date.
The program culminates in a 5k Run/Walk Celebration Event on the weekend following the final session.
